2006 Grant Applications

One of the ways the Moorpark Education Foundation seeks to accomplish our mission is through the Educational Grant Program. This program provides funds to Moorpark Unified School District (MUSD) educators, administrators, PTA’s and district personnel.

The Foundation is soliciting applications for the 2006 Educational Grant Program. The Foundation encourages proposals for creative and innovative programs that enhance the learning experience and excite and interest students.

Guidelines

    **Applications are open to all educators, administrators, PTA’s, and district personnel.

    **Applications must be submitted online by November 14, 2006

    **Proposal must be for a minimum of $250.00

    **All tax and shipping MUST be included in proposal amount. No overages will be funded.

    **If awarded, this grant shall be used by the awardee exclusively for the purpose specified in the proposal.

    **If grant is awarded, the process for funding must begin within 60 days unless a specific timeline is provided. All requisitions must be received by MUSD District office by June 2, 2007 or funding will be forfeited.
